Air Tanzania Launches Major Recruitment Drive: 173 Job Vacancies Open for Aviation Professionals
Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) has announced a significant recruitment drive, offering 173 job vacancies as part of its strategic expansion plan. The national carrier is seeking to strengthen its workforce and international presence through this comprehensive hiring initiative.
The job openings include 23 captain positions, 45 first officers, 100 cabin crew members, one accountant, and four ramp assistants. Notably, the recruitment specifically seeks 20 cabin crew members with French and Chinese language proficiencies, highlighting the airline’s commitment to global connectivity.
Successful candidates will be offered attractive 10-year contracts, positioning this opportunity as a game-changing career move for aviation professionals. The recruitment aligns with ATCL’s five-year Corporate Strategic Plan (2022/23–2026/27), which focuses on expanding routes and enhancing operational capabilities.
